curries arent vegan, if they were they would look way better. they eat loads of dairy and eggs.another reason you should never go vegan
Gypsies aren’t human.Indians in EE may be mistaken for gypsies and gypsies are the most hated (even more than blacks)
Tf are u saying man. You have a disconnect tbh. No one eats like what you say, it's low protein high carb and low fat. Very few eat eggs, most eat too much rice and little vegetablescurries arent vegan, if they were they would look way better. they eat loads of dairy and eggs.
they are low protein, high carb, high fat.
and they eat really bad fats, all seed oils, and they eat zero vegetables (they larp like they eat vegetables but its not true, they eat legumes and root vegetables, the actual consumption of true veggies, ie cruciferous greens, is v low in India except punjabis and kashmiris,. the small amount of veggies Indians eat have no nutritional value cos they are cooked for a long time on a medium heat)
it's high fat cos everything is cooked in oil, and huge amounts of oil.Tf are u saying man. You have a disconnect tbh. No one eats like what you say, it's low protein high carb and low fat. Very few eat eggs, most eat too much rice and little vegetables
This is high protein that ur describing. Oil isn't too much, it's very littleit's high fat cos everything is cooked in oil, and huge amounts of oil.
daal, channa, rajma, etc is boiled, but then all the flavour is from frying up the tarka or whatever u wanna call it, to create that spicy tomato onion paste.
I could be wrong but most Indians drink a lot of milk and eat eggs, they even have egg currys and versions of normal shit where meat is subbed for eggs, or paneer (paneer is dairy).
granted they prob eat less eggs and dairy than Aussies, Kiwis, or Saffers, but it's not a tiny amount regardless.
bulk of their calories are from bread, rice, legumes, and the oil the legumes and 'vegetables' are cooked in
You Indian ?hahahah just like you.

Blacks are not hated in EE. They deal weedIndians in EE may be mistaken for gypsies and gypsies are the most hated (even more than blacks)
lol nah.You Indian ?
Goodlol nah.
it's not high protein. legumes are the main source of protein, and most of those are 8% protein, some can be as high as 12%. so think of the dry quantity of say, urad daal. a person probably eats 40g of dry daal in a meal, MAX. so that's about 4g of protein. This is high protein that ur describing. Oil isn't too much, it's very little
Sorry your macro split is way off. Actually measure it and it comes to 80 g off protein. Fats are not eaten at all tbh except some oil and ghee maybeit's not high protein. legumes are the main source of protein, and most of those are 8% protein, some can be as high as 12%. so think of the dry quantity of say, urad daal. a person probably eats 40g of dry daal in a meal, MAX. so that's about 4g of protein.
then let's say this is a curry who also has paneer that day, a typical portion of paneer will be about 80g, so they will get about 15g of protein from there. let's be generous and say the curry has a glass of milk in the morning, so that will be another 9g of protein. and say he also has daal for his second meal, another 4g let's say.
so this is a middle class curry which cam afford to eat well, and being generous with what hes chosen to eat, that's about 30g-40g of protein in a day.
that's not too bad, generally governments say 'adequate ' protein for a normie dude is 55-60g. the curry isnt THAT far off, on a generous day.
high protein I'd say is getting more than 40% of your calories from protein, the curry is nowhere near.
also it is a lot of oil, dont look at the food, look at how fast a curry household gets through a bottle of seed oil, similarly look how fast a curry household gets through a bag of salt. and then remember curries have big time.snacking culture, especially those in office jobs, gol gappa, samosa, chat, sev, lakota, etc. full of oil.
I reckon typical middle class curry gets 10-20% calories from protein, 50-60% from.carbs, rest from fat.
and zero minerals cos they dont eat veggies (except the ones they overcook for 5 hours lol) and most dont even eat fruit.
Dude I literally wrote down what they eat, and there is no chance they come out at 80g of protein, most normal Europeans do t get close to 80g and they eat meat at all 3 meals and a lot of cheese and eggs jflSorry your macro split is way off.
