It is because these people are daily wage labourers. For most of history being fat meant that you were richi think they were looking better better facial structure and pretty lean nowadays most are skinny fat
Thats just wrong. The British really set them back I guess

British created the caste system in India.read an article that said inequality is worse in india in 2023 then i was during the british colonial era (
B-b-but sarrrr you stole one trillion worth of gold from us thats why we are like this.
country is evolving backwards
That is to be expected tho? Income inequality always increases in all open market economies. That is what happens when the rich get richer and have access to better resources but in India it is exagerrated because of corruption and strict social classes in place. The top 1% of the population holds more than 80% wealth in the entire country. The gdp among the top 1% is pretty decent but below the top 10-15% of wealth you are dirt poor.read an article that said inequality is worse in india in 2023 then i was during the british colonial era (

but when it's worse then being literally colonised doesnt that say something? That is to be expected tho? Income inequality always increases in all open market economies. Being under the direct rule of some foreign power reduces income inequality because all the wealth distribution is centralized so the power of all the classes is kept in check. That is what happened in Russia and EE too after Soviet Union. Curryland's main problem is overpopulation and corruption.but when it's worse then being literally colonised doesnt that say something?
china is also overpopulated and corrupt and even they still have a much better countryBeing under the direct rule of some foreign power reduces income inequality because all the wealth distribution is centralized so the power of all the classes is kept in check. Yes but that is because of china's authoritarian politics that allow for swift decision making and large scale infrastructure projects.China managed to industrialize earlier due to its centralized control with most of its economy shifting to manufacturing. China's economic miracle was also by massive debts and over investment in infrastructure. There are tons of these ghost towns in china where no one lives. China has built a strong economy but sustaining it is the problem.china is also overpopulated and corrupt and even they still have a much better country
Not saying china doesnt have inequality but cmon just compare the roads or trains or even prospects I rather be in a tier 3 city in china then mumbai
This indeed is true to an extentNo.
Everyone is uglier now and they have all become dirtier.
