use minoxidil either topical or oral for your eyebrows and lashes

dye them darker (if it means dying your hair darker to fix contrast by all means do so)

use tretinoin on the undereyes. make sure ur not too close to the lashline coz that could get u dry eye syndrome.

guaranteed ascension, just do it

im in the process of growing all eye area hairs, im worried about dying darker tho i like being naturally blonde

i'd suggest experimenting with medium-dark dyes then (ones that work with blonde but darker than what u have currently)
also good job on taking the initiative on growing eyebrows. keep in mind peak results take time at least 8-12 months before u plateau.

ill do that, ive suggested it in the past and have gotten negative reviews but i like your idea of more similar shades. and thank you bro it was a major weak point ever since i began lm. im about 4 months into minox and 2 weeks into a peptide serum, i’ve noticed results already from the minox which is super motivating, ill make sure to keep you posted
