I have noticeable facial asymmetry. One side of my face looks balanced — good jawline, decent cheekbone projection, and the maxilla looks well-positioned. The other side looks recessed, especially in the cheekbone and midface, and the whole side appears flatter and less supported. Like everything, maybe 6mm or more, I bet. Would a custom implant, like a giant one on one side and a small one on the other side give better results than bimax in this case because I like my one side, but not the other. I also can't afford both, its one or the other.
