My pre-op appointment on the 13th next month and wanna know what’s the best design for me. I think 5mm of forward projection is good but I’m not sure how much vertical height is ideal. Would appreciate some feedback. (Yes I know I need to clean up the facial hair)

You need to focus on widening your gonions first, also start working out your neck muscles shit's thinner than my cock

I'd opt for filler in the chin, you don't really need to go invasive when you can pay $25 for a syringe and DIY it.

Not really a fan of the concept of fillers honestly. I’m wanting something permanent plus I’m going to someone that specializes in implants and he’s the best in my region.

I guess that's fair, I've had some invasive work done on my chin but it was far more greatly recessed which is why I don't think you need to waste money on it. To each their own I suppose.

Genio is better, the knife and bone will always mog.
Peek implants also mog Su-Por to oblivion.
Really? I’ve heard negative things about Peek on here as well as my surgeon not recommending it when I asked him. And about Genio I feel it’s a bit too invasive for my case since I’m not recessed to the point of deformity. I’d agree if they were off the shelf but mine are custom. Does that have any impact?

Get Jaw wraparounds

Get Jaw wraparounds
I plan on getting jaw angle implants with Pagnoni I have a consult with him tomorrow. I'm not really a fan of wraparound they usually look weird.

5mm should be fine regarding genio. chin height looks fine, not sure how much the beard is contributing to that but probably minimally.

my take is that gonions is higher priority than genio for you aesthetically rn.

I would prioritize that but I genuinely can't afford it yet. I'll do it after fixing my chin and my midface implants which im doing at the same procedure. I've got a virtual consult with Pagnoni tomorrow so yea plans are in motion. Thx.
