I have a negative orbital vector but all my other features are strong. Dr Eppley quoted me 23,000 for fully custom bilateral 3d custom infraobrital malar implants . Is this overpriced , is there other options ? I can afford and seriously considering .

I can afford within a few months but don’t want to over pay i think im gonna go for a middle ground something called special design . It’s not fully custom and not off the shelf implants . Its custom implants from other cases slightly adjusted rather then fully custom and should be like 5-10k less
