Anyone had experience with Manolis Heliotis in London? He's a maxillofacial surgeon that does custom infraorbital rim implants alongside others. Thinking of getting these with him.

Honestly, I'm sceptical of him. Read a lot about how he's a BSer and will tell you you're a vogue model when you're really just below average. A lot of people were picking up on his gaslighting on Reddit. Not to mention he still does hand-drawn lat cephs and last I heard (idk if it's still true) he doesn't show 3D simulation animation for bimax. As for the implants, Idk- but did he show you examples? I think another poster asked him if he does saddled implants and he said he doesn't do them. You may end up with either underwhelming results or uncanny results. Tbh I'm curious about his results too bc he seems to be one of the few aesthetics-oriented max facial in the UK- most are function-oriented. Let me know if he shows you some designs.

Following up consults with a few oculoplastic surgeons (US & UK) before I get back to this. One thing I do prefer about UK surgeons is that they are much more conservative which is more ideal in my opinion.

I might have to go with him. I'm pretty broke and Chrysalis finance will only loan to you for UK surgery after all. Have only had one consultation with him where I showed examples of my jaw vs my goal jaw and he told me I'd be able to get it (along with fixing my asymmetry).
It is after 2nd consultation that he will do the drawings so I'll keep asking questions and see how that goes.
