Other surgeons frequently perform jaw implants other than Eppley. I can name at least 3 others in Beverly Hills, including Dr Dhir from the video. They actually seem to have more integrity and won't produce caricature-like results that I have seen from Eppley.

This is a very good result, though I have seen people criticize it for looking fake and like a Ken doll. However, he looks like a freaking Ken doll even the before procedure, so this has nothing to with the subtle yet appreciable result of the implant.

What I plan on doing is consulting with the experts to get an idea for the design, and then having the actual implant placed by a cheaper lesser known surgeon. As long as things are done safely, I can’t see how the result would be different if the same implant is used - so why pay for an expensive surgeon?!
