I ordered phenylpiracetam from USA to UK. Now (((customs))) are holding it. They might be thinking that I want to sell it, which is illegal, but possession is legal. 30g is a bit much.

Any advice?

If they actually suspect you intended to sell it at this point bro the best thing you can do is talk with a lawyer

Don't they have to prove it first?

Customs doesnt give two shits, if its legal to have then you tell them its for yourself and thats it. Now of course not everything always goes by the book and you could run into some other problems but its worth a shot. Not much else you can do. If you tell them its for yourself then legally they cant do anything

I think the way this goes is what the law defines are personal usage and what as selling

I don't know about phenibut, but let's say here in NL having up to 5 grams of weed is considered personal usage, and thus worse case it will be confiscated but it stops there. If now you had 5.5, it is already more than enough for them to take you to court should they want to.

Of course with a good lawyer you can get away, but if instead of 5.5 it was 15g, then you understand things get more difficult

Phenylpiracetam is not a scheduled substance in UK, it's not a registered drug (I mean a med) and it's not a narcotic. It is not banned by law.

From what I know the police doesn't chase nooppies. It is some other agency. I don't know what is the basis of their actions. UK's legal system is weird.
There was a public outcry couple of years ago how horrendous it is that some people take nootropics to enhance their brains, after that all online drugstores stopped selling phenylpiracetam.
Again, it wasn't by police. It's some health agency who decided this.

Now I have problems with customs. They might want me to pay a duty tax or they're want to know if I don't intend to sell it.

The amount you ordered indicates whether it's for personal usage or not. If you have so much, that it indicates you'd want to sell, you might get in trouble.

Swear i seen this thread before?

What happened to the OP of the previous thread?
@Gunnersup ?
Nothing happened, the post office place just made me sign a bunch of papers. But it was very suspicious, I've never had to sign for a package like that before. I thought I was going to get raided at my home, but it never happened (atleast not yet)

Where do you live? How much did you order?

Did they provide all papers, or did you have to look for it yourself?
