Cut off bottom of the nose.

The bottom of the nose seems to be 1ish cm of cartilage. Surely in a rhinoplasty that can be easily purged. My question is how far back can they go before they start to run into problems.

I mean. You would eventually combine with a lefort 1 to shorten the midface. So the long philtrum is gone. Then you could probably remove 1cm maybe 2 off midface.

If average ipd is 64/5mm it's pretty much lifefuel for horsecells. A 0.9 midface ratio could become 1.
