im 18 and i have 22-24% BF and im 6ft 1 and 77kg rn

I went down to 70kg in summer from purely starving myself and i did not see abs when i was 70kg. then i gained so much since my metabolism was slow and i wasnt going out since it was end of summer, anyways im 77kg but i train way more and i look the same physique wise from when i was 70kg, just a little bit more face fat.

people are saying i should carry on eating 2k calories and 150g of protein like i am now and just recomp (so not lose weight and gain muscle)

is this smart? i was lowkey wanting to go on reta and do an aggressive cut to like 67kg so im like twink to then lean bulk but idk what to do, i miss the jawline i had at 70kg but people are saying i will lose all the muscle i have now if i jump on reta to 67kg
 
Cut, ideally you wanna get t0 10-15% BF, but keep protien in ur diet and weight-training, also use creatine for better gains

you're 50% body fat delusional that you're 22. if you couldn't see abs at all like you've described you'd still have been in the 20s. and. now you've gained 7kg so you're clinically obese.

can you bench 225lbs for reps? do weighted pullups with 40-50kg? ohp 80kg plus.

im not clinically obese you retard, once you starve yourself from 78kg -> 70kg with no reta or anything it isnt hard to gain 7kg when your body metabolism is fried, your body reaches a state of starvation, if you werent some fat fuck you will probably know that

okay, when i last cut to 70kg naturally i couldnt go any lower, you think reta will be needed to go past this platue if i reach it again

reta would be the easiest way yeah, or if you have stronger willpower and especially if ur white you could consider melanotan 2, which will make u tanner and help with appetite suppressant, just not as strong as reta.

Genuinely. Dick hat off for a second. You need to understand quite how small and weak you are. This is kind of 0-6 months in the gym level I'd say. For context, when I was 14-15, I was about your height and maybe around 75-76kg and was benching 90 x 4, and 80x 10-12. Not simply because I'm genetically better - because I'd trained for longer and trained harder - so I was likely leaner and bigger by quite some margin to you. I would say you should neither cut nor bulk - you're still a complete rank newbie, you just maintain and get leaner and bigger. You should be so fresh to the gym the weights are going up a lot every week, and even in a slight deficit you'll ebb your way there.

no, i'm not inflating - and my current lifts are c.115kg x 5, weighted pullups for 45kg x5, OHP for 90x 5 and i'm around 80kg at c.10%. i just trained for years. i'm still 6 1 fyi. you need to take a big humble pill and STFU.

the ideal bf percentage for a male is 12 percent for health and aesthetic make ur own conclussions
