Cut or maintenance

I have very stubborn belly fat. I can see a bunch of veins in arms and 1-2 in the shoulders but no abs at all. I don’t wanna cut more because I’m naturally skinny and want to gain muscle, and I’m already quite light for my height (150 lbs, 173cm or 5’8). What do I do here? Also I’m quite boneless in the face so cutting will benefit me there but not with my body, in which I’m trying to gain some muscle mass.

It’s either I give up the body for some time and get a leaner face, or I just eat at maintenance and maingain with not as good looking face and no abs.
 
im 13% bf with almost a fully defined 8 pack. make sure to do HIIT cardio and different ab excersises with proper tension: slow negative pull ups, weighted rope crunches this worked for me

why not just lean bulk to build mass without getting too high bf% then cut down again after making gains, how old are you?

just do a long 200 cal
bulk until you feel like cutting

You Dont need to cut you need more muscle, at 14% bf abs wont show unless the core is basically developed . Lean bulk, and build size then cut later

exactly like this just be slightly above maintenance until you have enough mass + do abs exercises to make them more potent doesnt have to be anything crazy just do it on ur leg day or sum

Yeah but my face is boneless so I really wanna get as lean as possible.
 
So should what should I do calories wise? I was thinking Slight deficit until I lose the fat and then 200 cal surplus until I get fat again?
I would just eat at maintenance with progressive overload in the gym.
