What do we think of this cut has been around one year went down from 80kg 162cm to 57,8kg 173cm still Growing cause I am a Late bloomer. How much more do I Need to loose to Finally get rid of my love handless cause thats my biggest insecurity regarding my Body

I would say try to build some muscles while maintaining BF% (NOT BODYWEIGHT)

Good on you. Now is the time for recomposition ; build muscle mass with what you currently have. Hit the gym and the weights hard, train your muscles. These love handles will melt in no time when your body use these fat storages for energy.

By spending more calories than you need to maintain your current weight. In other words, you either transform excess fat into muscle and thus increase your FFMI or you lose weight and maintain yours muscles, appearing leaner with more definition. As a novice, the first scenario is likely to happen but as an intermediate lifter, the second option is what you get.

If by muscles you mean size/mass, you always need a slight surplus to allow them to rebuild and grow. So on a cut you simply maintain (depending on a lot of factors), shed water weight, glycogen stores and then fat ; you become shredded. You don't build more muscles but you don't lose them either. However your strength levels can dip a bit.
