Pretty good really, very happy with 1 week results eating at 1000-1500 calories while my maintance is a good 2500 calories

If I feel like its not enough and I want, I was considering it at first but its useless for attracting women. Its more useful if you dont feel like you reached enough on natty limits and want to be big.

Steroids dont really help attracting women, regardless what people say. Everyone who recommends steroids for attracting women don't know what they are talking about.

Yeah its easy for me to gain weight as I was fat before, If you reallyl wanna do a sarms cycle Id be very carefull. I heard MK 140 is the best for beginners, but it might get you some complications....

It should be ''safer'' than steroids but its not really any proof on that, they are so new to the market there is no research on them yet except rats.

Yeh but its very aggresive. A normal cut would make no diffrence but aggresive one with 1000 calories can show you a good progress. Its called a mini cut but ill keep progressing

Because with this aggressive cut you will most likely end up losing a lot of muscle.

Why not go for 20% deficit and lose 0.5kg every week

20% is aggresive I think, but I have severe. I dont think you can lose muscle in 2-4 weeks. If I cut more than that like 6, for sure.

People overestimate how fast you can lose muscle but a lot of it is genetics.

I would rather lose 4kg back and gain it back in 2 gym sessions by eating a bit more.

And If it woudnt be good progress id be very positive Id just stop it but from the video you can see its doing pretty good I think

I mean, you clearly have some level of scoliosis, and the way your hands move when you did the front double biceps as well, it looks like your body is forcing the muscles/tendons to contract more than necessary.

Anyway, 1 week is not enough to see any difference, unless you're legit starving eating less than 500kcal a day

I went on a bulk to gain muscle. I was less fat but I also had way less muscle. In these 5-6 montsh I bulked hard

Its slight form of a scolisis which pushes my delotids a bit front but it improved I think from lifting

Yeah Im eating like 1k but its good enough to make a big diffrence, 2 more weeks and Ill do pretty good I think. I noticed my face getting leaner
 
you’re fat as fuck bro and just starving yourself with that many calories at that height. You are definitely not smart enough to be getting enough protein so probably losing muscle. Just go sign up for boxing or kickboxing and you’ll learn a good skill while burning a fuck ton of calories bud

What are your max lifts on squat, bench press, overhead press and deadlift?

Bench is 90kg-95kg
Squat am still working but is prob 100?, anyway trying to improve it
Hex Bar Trap Deadlift was 164 some time ago estimed

Yeah, Im positive, its pretty good for natty imo in this time frame. I can easily do 55x6 for ohp and 5x80 or 10x75 for bench
