I heard that you shouldnt cut as a teen due to your body still growing or whatever, im 16 6”1 and i want to cut down to 10-12% any advice?

why? it has no effect on ur body actually its even good for estrogen
Puberty requires adequate fat for hormone production, growth, and development. Boys typically drop to ~10-15% post-puberty due to muscle gains, but dipping too low (e.g., <12%) risks delayed puberty, hormone disruption, reduced bone density, and stalled growth.

its not because of your growth, its because when you cut at such a young age you run the risk of malnutrition and its very unsafe
