So I’m going to keep it short
Eat like half of your calories in the morning, keep it straight fat and protein. Do your workout in the morning or if you don’t workout goon/mew in the mirror.
Throughout the day eat a bag of cereal to carb up your brain so you’re not mentally foggy. At the end of the day eat something that’s fatty and high and protein, like eggs and chicken and repeat. I’ve been doing this at a 1200 calorie deficit and not having brain fog while in university classes. Also nicotine helps like zynns
