So I’m going to keep it short

Eat like half of your calories in the morning, keep it straight fat and protein. Do your workout in the morning or if you don’t workout goon/mew in the mirror.

Throughout the day eat a bag of cereal to carb up your brain so you’re not mentally foggy. At the end of the day eat something that’s fatty and high and protein, like eggs and chicken and repeat. I’ve been doing this at a 1200 calorie deficit and not having brain fog while in university classes. Also nicotine helps like zynns

Irrelevant. This will all be offset by prolonged screen usage spent on .org

That’s why I only use .org on phone. I barely use it in general tbh why would you want to be rotting on here it’s uninteresting

Just use modafinil instead.
Yeah I’m just offering a natural method, modafinil is pretty shit for you anyway but you can use it as an alternative

I am 86IQ which is technically high IQ since it is 1 point above average for my country

IQ is overrated anyways, who needs that shiet
 
I will never understand why people just don’t use a GLP1. Eating 1200 calories a day feels like bulking.

When shit like this exists IDK why anyone would muh “live with the hunger”.

I’ve been through it all also, DNP, Clen, living with hunger, water fasting. GLP1 mogs all.

Brother I’m in a 1200 calorie deficit I’m not eating 1200 calories lol I’d feel like a tranny if I ate that low

I’m legit eating 1200-1300 right now, playing sports and gym and feel great tbh. I’m only going for 1-1.5 months to shed quickly. I just eat carbs before physical activity and then fat and protein rest of the day.

Perhaps but it actually delivers and you just have to pop a pill instead of opting into a rigorous dieting regimen that may or may not work.

I’m legit eating 1200-1300 right now, playing sports and gym and feel great tbh. I’m only going for 1-1.5 months to shed quickly. I just eat carbs before physical activity and then fat and protein rest of the day.
That’s sick, I do 2000 calories and just do an hour of cardio, and as I lose weight I reduce my calorie intake by 100
