Not gonna post obvious shit like "chicken and broccoli" but heres some tasty things you can eat while in a calorie deficit.
1. Nonfat greek yogurt with frozen berries and sugar free syrup.
You can replace berries with any fruit you want. By the way Sams club/Costco is a good place to buy greek yogurt- Sam's has a big container of nonfat greek yogurt for like $4.30
2. Nonfat greek yogurt w/ sugar free pie filling, sugar free syrup, and cinnamon
Walmart sells this sugar free apple pie filling that's 30cal/serving. Really good with yogurt and cinnamon or nutmeg. They also have a cherry version
3. Rice cakes
The sweet flavors are also good with nonfat yogurt and sugarfree syrup on top. You can also try eating these with pb2 spread, or pb2 chocolate spread. If you get a savory flavor you can put low fat cottage cheese on it.
4. Oatmeal with protein powder and PB2
Great meal for before or after your workout. Quick oats are super quick to make in the microwave. I like to add in a scoop of protein powder and a few tbsp of PB2 which is fat free powdered peanut butter. I put sugar free syrup in this shit too lol
5. Sugar free jello with berries/fruit
The whole prepared packet of jello is 20 calories. I also like to mix in fruit/berries while it's solidifying. You can also put reduced fat/sugar free cool whip on top.
6. Low cal ice cream
Halo Top and Nick's are both really good and between 200-400 cal per pint depending on the flavor.
Breyer's Carbsmart is also good as fuck and the same macros as halo top except way cheaper, so I usually go with that.
Sugar free chocolate syrup is a good addition to your low cal ice cream
7. Popsicles/fudgesicles
These fudgesicles are only 40 calories a piece
Most popsicles are also low in calories, these are 35 each
8. Low cal bread w eggs/egg whites and low fat cheese
Sara Lee makes this 45 calorie bread. Use it to make scrambled eggs or egg whites on toast, and then melt reduced fat or fat free cheese on top. Salsa is also a great low calorie addition to your eggs/egg whites
9. Ranch dressing packet made with nonfat greek yogurt
Get these ranch packets, but mix it up with fat free yogurt and a little water instead of milk/mayo. Use it to eat carrots, celery, pickle chips, etcetera
10. Low carb tortilla wraps
40 calories each. You can make a chicken wrap for dinner with chicken, vegetables, and greek yogurt ranch dressing. Or a breakfast burrito with eggs/egg whites, low fat cheese, and salsa.
11. Pickles
0-5 calories each, depending on the brand. Good snack if you're craving something savory/sour. Homemade pickles are really easy to make too, if you ever want to try it.
12. Cauliflower rice
60 calories in this whole bag. Good to eat with your chicken, beef, etcetera. Cauliflower rice with chicken and sugar free bbq sauce isn't the most exciting meal but it's tolerable to eat.
