Cutting my own hair

Lately ive been going for a mod cut style, and i gave myself maintenance cut, the first 2 did pretty well, like i didnt cut to much, and gave the texture that i lost when the hair grow (like 1 cut a month) but the third cut i trolled so hard .

I leaved too much at the top, and cut much in the sides (it doesnt appreciate too much, but that fucked up my hair growing), and i cant cut at the top because it will be too low.

These three times i cutted only w scissors, should i try to get a razor sum like ts?

Now i really dont know what i want to go for sum like a wolfcut something like this:

Any tips on how should i do my next maintenace cut, to let my hair grow bt not look homeless, or anyone who cuts his hair himself have any tips/guides/videos?

For reference, right now my hair is kinda like this (speaking about lenghten, and is like 1b-1c)

Maybe for an hour, but not long term.
I use it for everything its all I use. I just get the hair to the desired length first and then bother with layering or thinning it out and stuff like that

true but some actually know what theyre doing

like the shi is, where i live, all the barbers i know doesnt know shit, where i can get that types of cut are in salons, shit is they are hella expensive.

Go to a hair stylist or smth like that. If they know how to do women’s hair you’re probably good.
