Thoughts on going zero carb for fat loss?

If youre enhanced you can inject your hormones and use the carbs to fuel training to maintain or make gains while cutting. Cutting fat too low may slow down fat loss due to lower hormone level, but thats nothing to worry about when you inject them
Ok makes sense. I’m just on TRT at the moment. How do you deal with excess hunger on a cut? Nothing is working not even adderall or caffeine

Youre fucked. Adderall is probably the best you can do. Is it cravings? Cravings should be fixed with adderall or try stratera or whatever its called. If you feel hungry you just need to adapt to being hungry. Drink diet cokes

I take a very low dose of adderall usually 5-10 mg. I will try drinking Diet Coke and coffee. Have you tried Semaglutide

Your statement doesn’t even make sense. I’m cruising right now why would I blast while cutting. Give advice or don’t waste my time

Nah never used. I drink diet coke and run strat. I can eat tiny pieces of junk food and control myself on in which is great

And the hunger is worse than a natty cut because youre actually building muscle whilencutting and your body is just demanding more fuel

Your building muscle only if your blasting. If on cruise dose it’s no diff than natty

Zero or even low carb is the most retarded shit ever. Your muscles need glycogen. Glycogen is three parts water, one part glucose. You need carbohydrates. You just need to make sure that you get enough protein while staying within your calorie budget during a cut. You don't need more than 1.8g protein per kg of body weight for preventing loss of muscle mass during a cut. You can even gain a little bit of muscle during a cut if you are a fat ass.

I lost 40+ lbs in 6 months and most of my calories probably came from carbohydrates. All you need is the willpower to not consume too many calories. Though my protein intake was too low. Nowhere close to 1.8g protein per kg. That is where I fucked up. I lost too much muscle mass towards the end of my cut.

For my example, I weigh 134.2 lbs (60.87 kg). So I need 109.6g protein per day. That's 437 calories of protein. If I were to do a cut at 1,500 calories, I have 1,063 free calories to allocate towards carbs and fats throughout the day. And ideally you'd want carbs before and after lifting weights.

If I was over my calorie budget for the day, and that usually happened at night, I just wouldn't eat for the rest of the day. And eventually your body gets used to not consuming a lot of calories and your stomach stops growling. I can't remember the last time I have felt hungry. It's probably been months.

For me to have lost 40.85 lbs in 180 days, that's an average of 1.58 lbs/week. That's a 792 calorie deficit per day for 180 days.

If I were to do things over again, I would add more protein to my diet and cut more slowly.

Why would you cut more slowly

Why would you cut more slowly
Because my diet was deficient in protein. And your body needs a good amount of protein during a cut to prevent loss of muscle mass. If I added more protein to my diet, my calorie deficit would have been smaller. Unless I cut out enough carbs and fats from my diet to make room for the protein.

Did you lose muscle? I doubt it if your less than 150 pounds

I think I did
Before: August 30 night 135.0 lbs 7-day average: 136.94 lbs
After: September 29 early am 126.4 lbs (-8.6 lbs) 7-day average: 128.57 lbs (-8.37 lbs)

I lost way too much fucking weight in the last month of my cut. 8.37 lb drop in the 7-day average in 29 days is insane. That's like a 1,000+ calorie deficit per day.
