For 8week I am starting a drastic cut, with the goal of looking human again.

Workout A:
Morning
Biceps:
50chinups
3x12 bar curls
3x15 concentration curls
3x20 dumbbell curls
Afternoon:
Chest:
400 pushups
200 normal pushups in 20minutes
100 plate pushups
100 normal pushups in 10min
Workout B:
Morning:
10x10 close grip pushups w/ 10kg plate
Tricep pushbacks 3x12
Skull crushers 3x12
Ab ripper X
Afternoon:
shoulder killer 3times
3x12 lateral raises
200 shoulder presses
Workout C:

Diet:
1000calories maximum
High protein
Looksmaxing foods (carrots,capsicum) ect
