Cutting While in Puberty?

Im 15.6 years old and have been cutting the last 9 months and came from 35% BF to now 20% bf, and wanted to know if i should keep cutting to 16-15% bf or if i should start eating in a surplus now. Cause i am worried that if i keep on Cutting till 16-15%, that i might miss out on some height Growth (I am 170/5´7 tall, My mother is 173/5´8 and my dad 178/5´11) (I haven’t grown a single centimeter in 2 years btw)

get to 15% bodyfat and then lean bulk, just don't stop with the gym

Another growth spurt is on it’s way boyo, keep cutting until you reach a lean body fat of 12% then lean bulk till you reach 18% to 20% then rinse and repeat until you get your desired physique
 
Don’t cut
Maintain 20bf% or eat in slight surplus (<10%)
 
So i asked the same question on reddit and most of them told me that i should already start lean bulking even tho im still 20%bf and that i am also lowkey cooked. So not sure anymore if i should keep cutting or start lean bulking
