does cutting weight at 15 fuck u up or nah i heard it does im like prolly 23% bf and been lean bulking for a year and gained like 60 lbs some of its muscle some fat so i was js wondering if it fucks u up cuz im tryna lean up my face and also bulking is making me constantly bloated and also my acne is fucked cuz of it
 
eat the right food and you wont have bloating, cutting while growing is literally useless your depriving your body of nutrients you need to physically grow

Its more like 20-21% i mightve overexaggerated also

Fix your gut health first of all. Yes, being lean in puberty kinda fucks you up too. You should be focused on eating essential nutrients for growth. You could lose a few pounds but def dont get lean.

I mean i can still get nutrients while cutting, its not like im going on an aggressive cut i would be eating like 2,500 calories i eat like 3,000 on average since i started and im 210 lbs 6'2 and i wanna lean up

Well i dont want to get lean to the point where its unhealthy, just lean enough to see my abs and get rid of some of my face fat im getting sick of bulking

i mean if you eat the right amounts of the right food, hitting your micronutrient goal will be easy and you won't be needing to eat junk or anything like that (which i assume you do because of your high bf %)

Is 20-21% high? like i know its not lean but is it considered like fat
 
Bro I cut from my 17th bday. I was around urs too and now I’m probs like 16-17 percent bf. People told me not too cuz of height and stuff but I actually grew an inch during the cut, and ascended so much and now I’m hmtn-lhtn from this. Eating surplus is more optimal but if u want to ascend now before u leave high school then u gotta do what u gotta do. Only cut if u eat Whole Foods and healthy 90 percent of the time tho.

Yep. Also cutting gets extremely difficult around week 6-8. U will prob have a few bad days but u gotta keep pushing
