the open world doesn't really seem open, kinda empty... Also car AI and NPC AI in general is really lacking. Why is it that when I commit a crime, such as silently executing a homeless person all of a sudden a police unit spawns behind me? There is no excuse for a AAA game released in 2020 to have such terrible AI it kills the experience.
