Im 16 and I never pinned anything in my life but being sub 5 is more scary than pinning so I decided to start my first cycle to get more forward growth and get out of sub 5 hell.

1. HGH
I will pin 4UI (3UI am +1UI pm) for the first 12 days, then go up to 6UI (3UI am + 3UI pm) for 42 days. I will the get bloodwork to check if everything is good and make sure sides aren’t too bad. Once that’s done, I’ll go to 8UI (4UI am + 4UI pm) for 25 days. The cost for all that would prob be around 350-400$ from my source. Once I’m in the 8UI phase, I will then decide if I continue with low dose of 3UI for a couple of weeks just to recover and reduce systematic stress and maintain a decent gh baseline. I might restart this cycle once it’s over.

2. Teriparatide
I would pin 20mcg ED in the morning, empty stomach.
This is a recombinant fragment of human parathyroid hormone (1–34), which is the active region of PTH.
  • Increases osteoblast number and activity → more bone formation.
  • Promotes pre-osteoblasts → mature osteoblasts
  • Enhances collagen synthesis and mineralization
In open growth plates Teriparatide could:
  • increase chondrocyte activity, working synergistically with HGH / IGF-1.
  • Enhances linear bone growth at the epiphyseal plates.
  • Helps cortical and trabecular bone density → denser, stronger bone.

3. Reta
I would pin 1-2 g of Reta (still haven’t figured out the exact dose) in order to regulate blood sugar and insulin sensitivity from hgh because I will end up diabetic if I don’t.

4. T4
I want to pin around 20-60mcg(haven’t figured out the dose yet) of T4 to help turning hgh into igf-1 in the liver and for its anabolic effects and its indirect effect on osteoblast activity.

5. Anavar (unsure)
I’d take 25mg of anavar daily because I heard it can:

  • bind to androgen receptors on osteoblasts (bone-building cells).
  • Stimulates osteoblast differentiation and activity, leading to increased bone formation.
  • May slightly inhibit osteoclasts (bone-resorbing cells), tipping the balance toward net bone gain.
In summary Anavar:
  1. Activates androgen receptors in osteoblasts → more bone formation.
  2. Slightly increases IGF-1 in bone → more osteoblast signaling.
  3. Muscle gains → mechanical load on bone → indirect osteogenesis.

6. Aromatase inhibitors
I would buy this just in case my E2 levels are higher than 30 pg/ml (over 110 pmol/L) and even then I would prob microdose it. This is t really a need since I won’t be hopping on test and I will resort to natural ways to keep my E2 regulated (not too low, not too high) because E2 is essential for bone quality and epiphyseal growth plate regulation.

7.Test
I will try to boost my test and free T naturally with supplements and lifestyle. I heard eggs can boost testosterone if cooked the right way, I will also be using boron, ashgawanda and basics supplements to keep my minerals and vitamins in normal levels to keep testosterone levels normal and boost them.

8.Supplements
I will use boron to keep E2 regulated, magnesium glycinate, D3, K2, Selenium and copper maybe, ashgawanda, calcium from milk and prob a lot more but I need your help for that.

I need help with right dosage and making sure everything is good. Also I’d love if you guys suggested some good add ons to this cycle and some supplements or habits to boost test, lower E2 and promote bone growth + Forward growth.

Btw if you see this tag Iqcells to help me with this cycle.

I’m not too knowledgeable on this but I’ll bump since I’m kinda retarded
