I want opinions on the cycle I'm about to start. Tweaked my previous one and added some supps which I'll also list. This is for dimo, mood/libido and body halo.

Test E 500mg/week
10mg Anavar for preworkout
25mg mk677/day, taken at night (I know mk is pretty shit but I'm dead broke and it's the best GHS I can afford, will be hopping on HGH the moment I can afford it)
Isotretinoin 20mg/day to fight acne and oil
Vitamin D3 4000IUs/day
Vitamin K2 200mcg/day
Zinc 30mg/day
Omega 3 3g/day lipid support
NAC 600mg/day lipid support

I COULD take berberine for insulin support but it's not really necessary imo

I think I'll permablast for like 2 years then go on trt for the foreseeable future

Anything I should add/remove lmk

why are you even on gear if you're unable to afford it all?

everything looks fine aside from the var 10. i'm a fan of var, don't get me wrong, but despite being described as mild it still fucks with your liver and taking it with accutane could become an issue so please do keep an eye on your lipids. 10mg is a very low dose too but if you're on accutane at the same time i guess it makes sense.

anyhow, unless you're bulking and need the apetite i'd ditch the mk and start monitoring liver enzymes more often because you're on 2 hepatotoxic compounds.

i just use fish oil and ezetimbe and telmisartan nigger

Have you ever done roids and gotten blood work 500 is alot and if you want to perma blast it can be like REAL bad. also perma blasting var seems just not a fun way to live when ive done var or orals on a long cycle i do them as a cycle in a cycle. But over all really think about cardio vascular strain its no joke i would start with the lower test see how you handle it all togather

Have you ever done roids and gotten blood work 500 is alot and if you want to perma blast it can be like REAL bad. also perma blasting var seems just not a fun way to live when ive done var or orals on a long cycle i do them as a cycle in a cycle. Would be my first cycle, and yeah you're right about the var id use it sporadically and get monthly bloods. You think I should start in 300 test or something?

Yeah thats literally the way to go if you wanted to go mega smart 200 would be the safest start you could increase it later especially if you plan to perma blast. But lets be honest if you cant handle 300 test a week roids are not gona be your thing. safest way to go is to start with 200 and see how much you need i personally dont go over 300 the sides get worse and you get like 20% more growth and you really cant perma blast 500 unless you are some freak born to blast roid. Anyways to summarize this blabber dose depends on your goals and genetics and current health or you can just say fk it 300 prob works which it most likely will. And i need to mention lets say 2 years on 300 test and other orals is gona cause Left ventricular hypertrophy which means the hearth muscle get thicker but less efficient.

Dude thanks for the genuine advice, I'll probably start with 250 cuz it's easier to budget and dose than 200/300 but yeah if I can handle it I might sporadically bump it up a bit higher. Should I also permabulk the whole time I'm roiding then cut post blast?

np thats what these forums are for. But i should mention sporadically(had to look up what it means) in most cases is not the way to go you want steady blood level cuz doing sporadically is not like var pumping test randomly causes nasty sides that are not worth if you want to increase test do it as a reverse taper and since you are doing a long ass cycle you can do it really steady which is way better test is like 95% of the cycle that 10mg var aint shit compared to test so you really gotta nail it.

Dieting is a whole another deal on cycle i am assuming you know your micronutrients and macros. Your body is literally overclocked you will burn more calories than usual it depends on how you respond to gear and how good your metabolisim is but if you get to higher doses the food gets expensive. bulking and cutting is the age old question i personally wouldnt go over 20% body fat its not optimal. But ngl when i was a teenager i dirty bulked from 63 to 100ish in a year was it healthy fk no but seeing such rapid growth is exhilarating but this approach has many risks like many health markers being fucked stretch marks, if you got more fat cells maybe you will have a hard time getting the fat off but most people are gona be so tired of eating. So its really just a question of your goal if you wanna get big and lift big do a nice bulk if you dont want look subhuman and are at a comfortable bf % just main gain as they say or lean down the surplus and deficit dont matter as much when you are on gear and dont go to the extremes with the diet important part is the macros you are gona need more than usual

Yeah I mean I wouldn't get to levels of being fat but I'd be in some kind of surplus the whole time I think, I don't wanna looksmin like crazy so I probably wouldn't go above 20% anyway, just enough to constantly build mass

Also I'm wondering how much facial change you saw over the span of all your cycles? I'm pretty interested in how AAS can affect dimo (if at all) too

im pretty much running the same thing the only thing i hate about this is the MK cause all it does is bloat you and fucks ur insulin sensitivity and u do not want that when building muscle dont see any berberine or anything so remove MK
