When you place your pelvic floor muscles on this and use your legs to push the cycle, they strengthen, increase the blood flow and lead to good reproductive health.

I frequently used to cycle and today I have good reproductive health and no dick issues like ED and shit.

There are more studies out there. I read somewhere that the researchers suspect that the pressure on your balls during cycling isn't good for your balls. That's why chads cycle a bike while standing, not sitting.

I prefer cycling to running because it's 1. something I enjoy, 2. doesn't harm the joints, at least not as much, 3. you can multitask while doing so, 4. it allows for great volume (being able to do it for many hours), and 5. intensity, you can increase it by sprinting every so often.

If I recall correctly there was a study that showed Tour de France cyclists to have better cardiovascular health decades down the line than any other elite athletes regardless of sport.

cycling can negatively affect the nerves down there

as cardio it's better for joints than running

cortisol is bad

too much cardio will dampen muscle gains and increase slow twitch fibers, which apparently are very difficult to change back to fast twitch, if at all possible

some cardio is necessary to protect the blood vessels. weight lifting and fast power moves spike blood pressure

if you're fast twitch dominant like me, do HIIT, but not 100% effort or you will soon increase cortisol also. and be careful with breathing and snap movements to protect blood vessels

No shit. Your not supposed to bike your hours.

Varies between person to person and skin sensitivity. Personally, never got saddle sores tbh just slight pain when I paddled agressively. Keep that area clean and shaved af and the saddle must be soft, not rock.

Any physical activities if not overdone will be beneficial in the long term.
Cardio alone is cope nothing beats weightlifting and basic calisthenics movements.
