daily intake of vitamin d3 and k2

I'm considering taking 4000 IU of vitamin D3 and 100 mcg of vitamin K2. Is this a good dosage, or should I adjust it?

nope, people have used 100k ius daily before, i would also recommend mk677 and trying to eat more plants

do your research, u can grow like 3 inches at 17 from d3 alone

bone mass strictly from mk677 and plant diet,

hexum a vegan himself caused this amount of bone growth just by going vegan

I actually had friends, who developed toxicity, while being on similarly high amounts for a long period of time.
There is a difference in regulation between getting D3 from the sun or from supplements.

Bro is 8500 IU of vit d3 good or I should adjust it? Also how much k2 with 8500 IU d3

electrolytes tablets, creatine, mainly plants, remember diet is number one key!
 
10,000 IU d3 animal form, 1500 mcg k2+ 500 mcg k1 at least 450 mg magnesium daily mag oxide, taurate, and glycinate best combo, you can get all of this naturally if drinking lots of raw milk and eating raw cheese, plus some oatbran and OJ
 
if you just want to be healthy sure... but we arent here for that are we. take shit ton of d3 more than 10k 20k 30k overdose that shit if you want bone gains but dont expect anything huge
