So it's no secret that I'm a balding subhuman who frauds hair to oblivion with hair fibers and product. Here's my hair without product, and as you can see it's looking grizzly, boys

Anyways, I've known for a long time that getting actual hair would be the biggest Looksmax I could possibly do. I had initially planned a HT in December, but I had another talk with the surgeon today and suddenly I've started to question his plan..

He wants to do 1000 grafts to fill out my temple area, and then at a later procedure when Verteporfin becomes available next year (hopefully) do a much larger session to move my entire hairline down.

Now, the question is would this even be a viable path? Realistically how much would it even improve my hair to just have my diffuse thinning temples filled out... My hairline would still be high as fuck and it seems cope that I would have to wait so long to have it moved down..

Whats vetoporfin?
Drug that's being tested to regrow donor hair meaning potentially infinite transplants and no need for finasteride

Exactly. Terrible sides.

Unrelated but what product do you use to get your hair like that?

When I fraud my hair for pics I use toppik fibers and a hair spray to make it stiffer

Here’s some life fuel.
My hair used to be much more receded than yours.
After 2 hair transplants and ~3 years on fin and min, I’m at a NW1.5.
Next week I’m getting a forehead reduction to NW0.5.

Just know that if you want to keep your hair, daily finasteride Is non-negotiable and it looks like you haven’t started yet.

Aren't you scared the scar will show if you continue to recede after the forhead reduction?

The front can’t ever recede. It was transplanted.
Ah ok so if you did a forhead reduction only then that would be a bad idea since men recede with age?

Yes, surgeons won’t give men a forehead reduction unless they’ve had a hair transplant already or they’re planning to in the future

Looking back the best thing to do would’ve been to get the forehead reduction first and then turfed over the scar with hair transplants.

How old are you? are you on finasteride or dutasteride?

Which places

topically i applied it only to the hairline

You can survive a high hairline but Norwooding up there like that is a killer. You better fill it in.

nope. ru turns off dht+test receptors only where applied although theoretically it can go systemic. While fin completely turns off 70%+ dht everywhere on your body.

i never tried fin because of possible limp dick side effects. and its definetely not just affecting 1% of men. more like 20-40% by looking on tressless sub and hairlossforum.
