My knuckles hurt

But I dunno, I've been doing for 2-3 weeks only, but the overall hair recover is going well, I can already see my NW0 vellus hairs on the mirror without having to use a lamp at 10cm from the scalp to see them.

I was definitely Zinc deficient (>3mg a day), I've been supplementing for the last week with 30mg I believe that will make me regain hair thickness as well.

I haven't been losing much hair lately though, only like 20, maybe 30 on a bad day
