I’d like to get down a fairly productive routine as to not waste valuable time. I already do some exercises and efforts towards looksmaxx, but it’s not structurally in place yet. exercises that help with forward progression, and eye area would be appreciated. I'm also curious as to what I should be eating, im pretty underweight so obv that’s a huge failo. current plan is to eat hella eggs + calories and work out 4-5 days a week. cheap foods that I can involve in a daily routine would be appreciated aswell. lmk any tips.
