Good morning or evening .org
As some of you know I have a holiday in 14 days including today. I’m gonna be shredding down as much as possible in this time and giving updates and things I’ve learned along the way. I was 180 when I started cutting 2 months ago and I’m now about 173.
These are my exact macros for anyone curious. I’m about 1000 kcal below my maintenance.
Daily weigh in: 173.0lbs/78.4kg
I’m currently feeling pretty good about this. I’m pretty lean right now but I’m exited to shred down the last layer. I’m absolutely shredded on my arms (I can pull the skin off the muscle) which is giving me hope. I’m doing my daily hour of cardio right now (zone 2, treadmill, incline 6, speed 3).
