My carbs are around 100 to 120 protein 200 ish and fats around 60
 
You don’t need that much protein bro. Lower it and bump up the carbs & fat.

Yea it probably is easier to eat 1g per pound on that large deficit. Just make sure you get your fiber in bro, for your asshole‘s sake.

My asshole is doing ok I have spinach every day and seeds not to mention broccoli I even stick the bad bananas up my ass
