I have some dark circles under eyes as well and I'm considering some under-eye concealer for this issue (easy, low-cost and no-risk solution tbh)

The research I've done is...
It's genetic and the fat underneath your eye is leaving.
You are not getting enough sleep, etc.

First find out which one you have.

After that it's either fillers, putting fat in the eyes, or vitamin E etc for non genetic types.
