The most feminine looking women in the world always have dark eyes. Dark eyes signal vulnerability and passiveness, whereas light eyes are active and predatory. The phrase "Piercing blue eyes" exists for a reason.

Some of you may prefer the version with light eyes, but the dark eyes are undoubtedly feminizing her face, giving her a more vulnerable and warm look
On the other hand, let's see a man go from "piercing blue eyes" to brown eyes:
