As someone with literally jet black hair and either pale or olive skin depending on the season, I still think it's a meme since attractive is attractive, but I have noticed sometimes that women (and men for that matter) seem to treat light/blonde haired dudes more like children than darker haired men. Also I still think that black/dark brown hair and blue eyes is the ideal hair to eye colour which is why I'm going to fraud blue until the day I die.

She was probably referring to light blonde hair not dirty blonde/brown imo dark features with blue eyes contrast is the best.

On a side note a lions mane goes from yellow/light brown to black as he goes through maturity as the hair pigment responds to testosterone, I genuinely believe dark features mog due to biological reasons of dimorphism

Yup. Brown isn't bad. Dirty blonde is fine too provided it's more on the going brown side (think Zac Efron hair). Dark features in general mog because they are more striking for the same reason why fair features look better on women; they fit the gender. Blue eyes are nothing more than a good contrast with the hair colour and skin colour as combination. Not saying Nordic for instance does not look good, it just pales in comparison to the ones previously mentioned.
