Dark skin between eye and nose bridge

while I have some dark in my under eyes it is not that prominent and is not really me main problem

And wondering if this dark skin is also caused but recessed infra orbitals or lack of fat or is it a skin discolouration

Any methods to fixing this including cosmetic procedures

Probably has to do with genetics
