With flash, theyre not as visible, but in normal lighting, they look prominent imo. Ive thought about topical caffeine, maybe Volufiline, but I feel like its just cope.
Tretinoin promotes collagen production and cell turnover, which could help thicken the skin and make dark circles less visible if theyre caused by thin skin. It may also help with pigmentation over time.
But some say tretinoin can thin the skin or reduce fat, which could make dark circles worse. Theres no clear evidence on whether this happens under the eyes, which is why Im asking would tret actually improve dark circles, or is it a waste of time, what can i do?

I would use tretinoin sparingly (0.025% mixed with moisturizer, 2–3x/week) to boost collagen without irritation, but avoid direct eyelid contact. 2. Pair with a mineral SPF 50+ (zinc oxide) daily to prevent UV-induced pigmentation. 3. Add azelaic acid 15% (AM) to target pigmentation and redness without thinning skin. 4. Hydrate with a hyaluronic acid serum to plump the area temporarily. 5. And if that doesn't work for the shadows, consult a derm about low-dose hydroquinone (4–6 weeks) or PRP/filler if volume loss is the culprit. Skip caffeine/Volufiline they’re placebos

Tretinoin can help with dark circles if they’re caused by pigmentation or thin skin by boosting collagen and cell turnoverh owever there’s debate of whether it thins the skin longterm, and it won’t do much if your issue is volume loss or deep tear troughs. Fillers will be the best bet for you rn

Idk much abt it but I've heard PRP (platelet rich plasma or something) is good to boost collegan under eyes, it's basically like a watered down filler. Wouldn't recommend fillers tho cuz of migration possibility.

try matrixyl astaxanthin, volufiline, tretinoin to increase collagen/fat. or just get a fat graft/filler cuz it looks like recession to me, research pdo threads as well i think they can be used to fix it
