i have applied for 10 posistions as a data scientist and got rejected by all of them cuz im dont have an engineering degree even though im from STEM.

do you know who they hired? some fucking whore with a social theology degree. and on top of that, they also congratulate her for pursuing a career in a filed not related to her degree, its so empowering for her to do that.

this is the state of the job market. they are all scammers, if they tell you that you didnt meet the requirements, i ensure you they hired someone with much less qualifictions than you.

Because woman have 20x times easier in STEM jobs , it's male dominated and when the HR sees a woman she doesn't need to know anything
