i have a date tomorrow and im trying to debloat as much as i can, i starved all the day and i'll take furosemide too but i just wanted to know, if i get a dinner now only with meat will i debloat less or its just carbs that influence it?

from my experience, bad foods / starvation works after 2 days. So if I need to be debloated I go on a strict diet for few days before the big day. Not just 1 day ahead
