We have to all admit as truth also.

Why, is he working so hard?
Why does he even want success?
Why he willing to go through stress and pains of hard work?
Why doesn't he just chill more, and do only as much is needed to stay alive?

Because. We are programmed genetically, to do that (aim for certain achievements). Like aim for success. Because it's Which (we think) will impress women to wanna be with us, mate with us, etc...

And therefore his comment: "I don't care what other peopl of me". Is a half truth, at best.
He works hard, to impress the ladies, also. And that is by definition, a level or caring.

If he really don't care about what women think. He can lead a chill lifestyle as a Buddhist monk. Where he needs to celibate, can't be with women, and just needs to do some limited chore things for himself and the monks group he lives with.
