What's "it"?I saw that, do you by any case know how safe it is? And if so, where can I sign up for the human testing?
And if maybe bones could keep growing with this?

All the ideas buddy, telomerase, artificial anti-oxidants, secoiridoid polyphenols...What's "it"?
I can't really say how safe anything is tbh, I'm just learning like the rest of us. Sinclair can't even say how safe NMN is.All the ideas buddy, telomerase, artificial anti-oxidants, secoiridoid polyphenols...
IMO, NMN and resveratrol aren't needed unless you're actually dealing with aging in your late 40s /50s. In your 20s you should be focusing on increasing mitochondrial density and function; dipping into autophagy from time to time through fasting, which'll also keep your NAD levels high. Managing your blood sugar and optimizing your sleep, nutrition and exercise regime and exposing yourself regularly to hormetic stressors is probably the best thing you can do.All the ideas buddy, telomerase, artificial anti-oxidants, secoiridoid polyphenols...
Ngl tho, I am too afraid to try telomerase since it has been said to be cancerogenic, but if you'd pay me well Id try NMN fo suI can't really say how safe anything is tbh, I'm just learning like the rest of us. Sinclair can't even say how safe NMN is.
like what?hormetic stressors
Telomerase won't be much use to most of us. Are any of us really experiencing DNA damage due to shortened telomeres? I'm almost certain most of us are far away from our hayflick limit.Ngl tho, I am too afraid to try telomerase since it has been said to be cancerogenic, but if you'd pay me well Id try NMN fo su
