I was able to:

Wake up at 8am, walk shower and stuff before 9

Study for an hour

Work on personal projects for 1.5h

Go with my dad to car mecahnics

Get a haircut

More cardio

Shower again

What exactly do you do inbetween intervals? Do you just do nothing so you don’t get any dopamine
