Day 1 of intermittent fasting to lose weight

Stopped the water fast since apparantly you could die from it
From 0am to 4pm i have nothing but water
From 4pm to 12pm i have food
Dont rly know what kinds of foods to eat but its 4pm now and i just ate 3 toasts alongside water

Are you doing 16/8? I'm thinking about starting it as well but not for weight loss, just for lean muscle mass and skin glow from HGH

I have done a couple week long waterfasts. If you go over 2 days you need to be careful overindulging but you wont die as long as you supplement electrolytes, no pre existing health conditions and over exert yourself.

no. I simply added that for safety precautions, I mixed table salt in water and tbh did have 2 cups of straight black coffee a day.
