Include fasting and weight lifting to properly do SR. Normally you would use your sexual energy to do other things, but if you can't manage, then what I said can help.

I started doing 48 hour fasts weekly + 72 per month and ngl I still get morning wood during the fasts, but I'm very hyper focused and aware for some reason when I do my fasts (might help if you have bad attention span too).

Good advice, I include sprints in my regimen too, also will calisthenics work instead of weight lifting?

Yes, calisthenics is good too. To be fair, always best to do hybrid of the two, but anything that lets you work your muscles is good regardless. Sprints is good choice too, I do some sets like once or twice a week.

I've read jerking off and shit can make your androgen receptors less sensitive. Lots of psychological shit that we probably don't know about too. Kind of like when you get with a woman, get her pregnant, and stay, your brain chemistry changes where you have slightly less T and stuff (you've completed your biological drive to reproduce), but on the flipside, if you leave, it won't alter.

At least that's what I've heard. Plenty of other benefits though.
