I decided last night that I would journal/track what I do everyday to improve myself by posting here. I've been slowly bettering myself over the past months but I've recently just woken up every morning with the goal of looksmaxxing on my mind, so fuck it I AM GOING ALL IN IN EVERY ASPECT. Ignore these daily threads, call me a retarded nigger in the replies while not repping me, or just give me unwarranted advice, I'll take anything and everything I get from documenting this journey.

SUCCESSES:
Drank ~3L of water
Took beta-carotene supplement, Glucosamine + msm for keeping morning height, and finasteride 1mg
Walked about 10k steps
Did skincare with .05% tret + benzoyl peroxide, niacimide and clindamycin
1 inch shoe lifts during classes

FAILS:
Didn't go gym because I went out to eat with friend
Slept in and didn't leave myself time to put on BB cream and undereye concealer
Diet was shitty, goyslop plus overeating from eating out

PLANS FOR THE FUTURE:

Buy 1% HC cream (or something similar) for nose slimming
Buy 30SPF sunscreen, current one is 70 SPF which clogs the fuck out of my pores for no reason in this UV 2 weather
Identify if I have low or high-set masseter muscles to see if chewing exercises would benefit me
Keep an eye on phallosan forte website to see if they do a black friday deal :forcedsmile:

Day 1 tracked and completed, about to get about 7 1/2 hours of sleep before my classes, cya tomorrow fags.
