Day 2 | Daily Summer Glowup Posts Until 1/8/2025

Hey everyone,
I am doing daily glowup posts until 1/8/2025, Just to document everything incase I glowup and hopefully motivate someone else to do the same. I will post daily no matter what. I will say good stuff that happened and bad stuff that happened today.

DAY 2

Goals for this challange:
- a better body (Stop being skinnyfat)
- better eye area
- Face gets slimmer
- Skin gets more clear
- Health gets better overall
- Feel better about my self

Some information about me:
- 15
- 183cm (6'0)
- 67.65Kg
- Skinny fat
- Kinda chubby face
- Not strong at all



What I did today:


Good stuff:
- 1 shower
- Ate good clean food (Tuna, Eggs and a Baked Chicken sub)
- Studied
- Tried to improve my posture when walking
- Business made some money
- Tiktok FYP page is full of motivtional shit, nothing distracting
- Did some pushups (not a huge amount)

Bad stuff:
- Masturbated (I feel like fucking shit)
- Ate subway (Healthy sandiwch but still)
- Went over calories goal by 128 calories
- Made fun of a latvian retard
- Didn't study as much as I should have
- Got my daily dose of the blackpill
- Didn't move as much as I wanted
- Didn't workout (Probably gonna be the case for the next month since I got exams)

Consistency is king in looksmaxxing and most things in life, what you did today was better than nothing but you can do better man, and kindness doesn't cost anything (in most cases) so why make fun of that latvian person?

im 68kg, 183cm but skinny fat so i have twink arms but kinda fat body... it fucking sucks. im working on eating more protien and working out

Go on a cut whist training.

You are new you the gym. You’ll put of mass while leaning out. Doesn’t matter if you are underweight for some time.

im not underweight, normal wieght im just skinny fat

I am working on eating more protien for more muscles, and losing my fat with cardio.

I am buying a home treadmill, I have dumbbels, a yoga mat and Im hopefully buying a big pullup bar thingy soon.

As for making fun of latvian this is only chad behaviour so keep it up. Avoid the subway imo and do nofap, ive been a crack coffee fiend today and gooned twice after not gooning for days and i am extreme anti goon, it has to be done to keep my sanity as im pulling an all nighter and starvemaxxing.

I shower daily bro, its just a good thing to do daily not an achievement. Some indians on this forum do not shower at all.

I am also anti goon, but sometimes you feel like da penis might explode 😭
