Hey everyone,
I am doing daily glowup posts until 1/8/2025, Just to document everything incase I glowup and hopefully motivate someone else to do the same. I will post daily no matter what. I will say good stuff that happened and bad stuff that happened today.
DAY 2
Goals for this challange:
- a better body (Stop being skinnyfat)
- better eye area
- Face gets slimmer
- Skin gets more clear
- Health gets better overall
- Feel better about my self
Some information about me:
- 15
- 183cm (6'0)
- 67.65Kg
- Skinny fat
- Kinda chubby face
- Not strong at all
What I did today:
Good stuff:
- 1 shower
- Ate good clean food (Tuna, Eggs and a Baked Chicken sub)
- Studied
- Tried to improve my posture when walking
- Business made some money
- Tiktok FYP page is full of motivtional shit, nothing distracting
- Did some pushups (not a huge amount)
Bad stuff:
- Masturbated (I feel like fucking shit)
- Ate subway (Healthy sandiwch but still)
- Went over calories goal by 128 calories
- Made fun of a latvian retard
- Didn't study as much as I should have
- Got my daily dose of the blackpill
- Didn't move as much as I wanted
- Didn't workout (Probably gonna be the case for the next month since I got exams)
