Started off with 3 eggs and baked beans then went for a 5k run and did a workout. My workout is 3x10 pushups, situps, dips and 3x8 pullups. Then went for a bike ride and had 3 chicken sushi rolls and an apple lastly for dinner I ate a steak burger
My physique (18 yr old 178cm 66kg) it’s so cooked I know but it’s only day 2 so trust the process, goal weight is 60kg and goal physique is Leon Kennedy
I can film a lot today cus I got the day off but normally I’m not gonna be able to cus I’m warehousemaxing 6 days a week 7-4 (literally getting paid to do cardio and lifting)
