Day 2 of water fast does it get easier or harder?

Not having any severe symptoms besides maybe light headed when I get up too fast or a mild headache. cravings are strong (food addiction since I was 13 problems) so far I feel fine and I’m down 9 pounds almost (mainly water, glycogen, and I’m guessing a little fat) my question is does it get harder or easier? I’ve ordered multi vitamins would this be enough or do I need other stuff like potassium and sodium supliments?

Why not you do a regular cut? You’ll loose less muscle but it will take longer
I tried it, felt super slow and I’m just lazy tbh, this will get rid of it quick and I’ll slowly re introduce calories to fix my metabolism when I finish the fast So I don’t gain back the weight.

Day 2/3 is hardest I got pain hunger pangs, then rest of week i didnt even feel it. never went over 1 week

I cant stay without eating for more than 4 hours
