Not having any severe symptoms besides maybe light headed when I get up too fast or a mild headache. cravings are strong (food addiction since I was 13 problems) so far I feel fine and I’m down 9 pounds almost (mainly water, glycogen, and I’m guessing a little fat) my question is does it get harder or easier? I’ve ordered multi vitamins would this be enough or do I need other stuff like potassium and sodium supliments?
