Successes:
Took beta-carotene, finasteride, and glucosamine supps
Used .05% Tret and fixed my moisture barrier around nose/lip area
Drank ~3L of water
Put on BB cream and undereye concealer
1in shoe lifts all day
Edit: Also starting researching and planning first roid cycle :)

Fails:
Ate like shit, infinite goyslop today and probably went over caloric maintenenace as well
Skipped gym because I went out with friends and was dicking around on my phone
Stayed up late, going to take nap afterschool because I only have 1 class but I'm still wasting tomorrows daylight

Goals for tomorrow:
I have work in the evening and class in the morning, so I just want to get a good nap in after class and hit the gym, as well as eating ideally and drinking water since thats all I can do tomorrow


Honestly today was meh, I had to take a fat fucking L that threw me off course but it's done now. Back at it tomorrow.
