day 26 of self improvement
Relapsed like 4 times yesterday just basically spent the whole night jerking off and pulled and all nighter
But then I locked in st 9:45am and got a grip
I then did work shit and also drank some bone broth and ate some rice
then I slept cuz I was tired af, but I woke up and it was 6 and then before I knew it the entire day was just gone
I need to develop a sense of urgency with days
Like it’s great to fucking theorize at a high level, and just think
And also it’s great to ingest self improvement content
But if I don’t lock in with urgency none of this matters
I’m chasing after a specific deadline and that requires scheduled planning
Anyways I went walking a lot today. Needa do stretching more
Retrospective: just the time thing, I just need to be more urgent. If I was more diligent and almost sort of stressed then I would have been able to do the number 1 work assignment for today
Proud of: happy that I was able to re-lock in so quickly. Usually when I relapse it lasts several days if not a week but this time I just locked in within 12 hours I guess
Mental health: I feel mentally okay just kinda drained but also very excited. I feel very creative and smart rn even w no sleep which is lowk insane.
3 things in grateful for -
- my utilities being low cost
- my dad is goated and I can idolize him
- having a car , I love having a car bc I can avoid the sun and drive even if the distance is short
1 thing above all else: read chap 7 and do evo. Needa focus on sense of urgency next as far as self improvement stuff goes
